I just wrote a post about how "Shine a Light" is the highest rated song written by Dan Boeckner on this list and now - welp, here's another Dan song. There are still only 2 but I didn't realize that "Hearts" was my higher rated. By a little. I'm not going back and fixing the other post. This is the final track on one of the greatest albums in history.
