#263 (of 365) "Heavy Lifting" Ambulance LTD

I don't know this band really beyond this song. It came out right at the height of my obsession with Canadian indie rock bands but I don't think this band is Canadian (Google says they're from Spanish Harlem) and it's not particularly indie rock (but does have indie pop and shoe gaze influences), it's just a great song that I have loved since its release and so it's right here on this countdown, around the place where it belongs. Listening to it again, definitely feels very "Pains of Being Pure at Heart" like, or even My Bloody Valentine, which I guess makes sense for why I loved it then and still love it now. Enjoy.
