#291 (of 365) "CANDU" The Rural Alberta Advantage

The RAA emerged in 2008 with an absolutely brilliant, almost perfect album, Hometowns, which I listened to almost nonstop for multiple years. They are incredible in concert, they followed up Hometowns with two more brilliant albums in 2011 and 2014 and, to my mind, have never released anything "bad" in their careers. They just never made it big. The venues I saw them in back in 2009 aren't much smaller than the venues I saw them in more recently. I don't know why. I might be their biggest fan. They are all over this chart, represented by six songs, and this is the most recent. If you've never heard of them, I really beg you to check them out. They really are amazing.
