#346 (of 365) "G.P.C" Grandaddy

"Go Progress Chrome" is a song off of Grandaddy's seminal debut Under the Western Freeway. This sped-up version appeared on a 2-track follow-up called Laughing Stock in 1998. Clocking in at 1 minute 43 seconds, this track is on of the shorter songs on this list, although it does not fall into the top 5 (surprisingly). I kind of forgot how short a lot of Joyce Manor's songs are. In the non Joyce Manor category, this song is in fact the 4th shortest on this countdown. This is also one of two tracks that were originally released as a different version but the latter version made the cut while the original did not. 

The song and the "Laughing Stock" do not in fact appear on Apple Music and perhaps are out of print. I must have bought this CD? years ago, when I first fell in love with Grandaddy (in the early 2000s). Certainly glad to have it digitally on my Mac Book less it got lost to time.
