#351 (of 365) "Homeboy" Adorable

Adorable were a short-lived English band from the early 90s who only released two albums before breaking up on stage in 1994. But their first album Against Perfection, had some incredible tracks, including this song, which was both my favorite song of the 90s and my favorite song ever circa 2000 or so. My indie rock re-awakening in 2001 coincided with me not being into this type of music as much anymore, but it needed to be on the chart somewhere. The song is pretty obviously about an obsessive attraction / love affair that ends badly (as it would) and definitely meant a lot to me in college at the time. "You're so beautiful.."
