#359 (of 365) "Convenient Parking" Modest Mouse

Modest Mouse came up I yesterday's post. A more recent band I was a huge fan of (in the early 2000s) that I don't really listen to now. I did see them a couple years ago at Brooklyn Steel (~1000 person venue) and it was a pretty great show, but everything they played that was "newer" than, say, The Moon & Antartica, was kind of lost on me. But man, The Lonesome Crowded West was a banger of an album, and has four tracks on this list, one of the highest represented individual albums. In fact, there are only 2 albums with more than 4 songs on this list (both with 5). So yeah. Like a lot of music here, I don't really listen as much to it anymore, but I cannot deny the beauty and grace and crashing rock sound of Modest Mouse in their late 90s heyday.
