There are songs that you love instantly when they come out and there are songs that you somehow missed, from bands that you love, that when you hear them, years later, you feel like they existed in an alternate universe that you've just been introduced to and it's magical and wonderful and perfect. Like this track, from the Golden Haze EP from 2010 that followed their breakthrough debut Gemini, but that I somehow was blithely unaware of until COVID-era, I think, and I haven't stopped listening since.
